Itineraries
Day 1
Leh – Rumtse – Kyamar (4,100 m)

Day 2
Kyamar – Tisaling (4,800 m) via Kyamar La (4,950 m) & Mandalchan La (4,970 m)

Trek: 6–7 hrs, with two pass crossings

Highlights: Expansive views, yak herder trails, and wildlife sightings

Overnight: Camp at Tisaling
Day 3
Tisaling – Ponganagu (4,700 m) via Shibuk La (5,100 m)

Day 4
Ponganagu – Nuruchan (4,630 m)

Korzok – Leh
